Admissions
At Montessori Sierra Madre, the admissions process is designed to get to know each family and ensure that our educational model responds to the child’s developmental needs. We seek to build a community committed to the Montessori philosophy, grounded in respect, collaboration, and conscious guidance.
1. Admission Form
Complete the online form to begin the process and register for one of our information sessions.
2. Information Session
Visit our campus, learn about the Montessori Sierra Madre educational model, and understand how to apply through our admissions process.
3. Application and Documentation
Submit the application along with all required documentation.
4. Section-Based Evaluations
Observations, interviews, psychological and academic evaluations, socioeconomic study, and/or a work morning, as applicable.
For Infant Community (CI) applicants, observations take place 3 months prior to entry.
For Children’s House (CN), observations, interviews, and the work morning take place 6 months prior to entry, in order to assess the child at the appropriate developmental stage and ensure respectful support of their process.
5. Admission Results
Admitted families will receive an email notification with a welcome message and next steps.
Important Considerations
- Two letters of recommendation from families who currently have children enrolled at Montessori Sierra Madre are required.
- If you are from out of town or abroad and do not know any families at the school, please contact the Admissions Office to review your specific case.
- The admissions process fee is $1,300.00 MXN per applicant.
This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable under any circumstances. - Beginning the admissions process does not guarantee acceptance.
